They believed that food tasted better in Kansa, and water from copper carried life’s purity. To them, these weren’t just utensils — they were symbols of care, wellness, and legacy.
Years later, as the world shifted toward modern dining and convenience, we realized something precious was being forgotten — the art of mindful living our ancestors so beautifully practiced.

At Golden Carving, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we take great care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As our products are artisanal and made to order, we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to assist with exchange requests under specific conditions outlined below:

Requests for exchange are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange product pickup. After verifying the returned item’s condition, the replacement will be dispatched.
Refunds & Alternatives:
We do not provide cash refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the product quality, an exchange will be offered. In case you remain unsatisfied after the exchange, we can issue a gift card of equivalent value for future purchases.
