At Golden Carving, we take great care to ensure that every product is carefully handcrafted and checked before dispatch. However, we understand that issues may occur in rare cases. Please read our return and refund policy below.
1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once the order is placed and processed.
The amount paid will not be refunded or credited back under any circumstances other than approved return cases mentioned below.
2. Returns (Only for Quality or Damage Issues)
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged or has a quality defect.
To be eligible for a return, you must share a proper unboxing video clearly showing the issue at the time of opening the package.
The video is mandatory for verification — without it, the return request will not be accepted.
Once verified, the product will be replaced or the amount may be credited within 10-15 days.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are extra, ranging between ₹250 – ₹500, depending on your delivery location and package weight.
These charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations.
4. Delivery Timeline
Domestic Orders (India): Estimated delivery within 15–25 days.
International Orders: Estimated delivery within 25–50 days.
Delivery times may vary based on customs, courier delays, or location.
5. Return Process

Our team will review the issue within 3–5 business days.
If approved, a replacement will be issued in 15-50 days.
