1. About Golden Carving

Golden Carving offers handcrafted and hand-painted Kansa products, including dinnerware, serveware, drinkware, gifting collections, and customized products.

2. Handcrafted Products

Our products are individually hand-painted by artisans. Therefore, slight variations in:

  • Colour
  • Brush strokes
  • Pattern placement
  • Texture
  • Finish

may occur from one piece to another.

These variations are natural characteristics of hand-painted craftsmanship and should not automatically be considered defects.

3. Product Images

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of the product.

4. Orders & Payments

An order is considered confirmed once successful payment has been received.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or other legitimate operational reasons.

5. Customization

Customized products are created according to the customer’s approved requirements.

Once customization or production has begun, changes may not be possible. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spellings, artwork, logos, and other customization details.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated.

Prices, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.

7. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 5 business days.

Standard delivery within India generally takes 10–15 days from the date of order, depending on the destination and courier service.

In certain cases, including customized orders, festive periods, remote locations, or unforeseen logistical circumstances, delivery may take up to 20 days.

International orders may take approximately 30–45 days depending on destination, customs procedures, and the shipping method.

8. Exchanges & Defective Products

Golden Carving does not offer general returns or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

Exchange requests may be raised within 5 days of delivery in eligible cases such as:

  • Missing product or item
  • Wrong product received
  • Defective product
  • Product damaged during transit
