At Golden Carving, every product is carefully checked before dispatch. As our products are handcrafted and hand-painted, we follow a strict exchange-based policy.

No General Returns

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Colour preference
  • Minor variations in hand-painted artwork
  • Natural variations in handcrafted products

Exchange Policy

An exchange request may be raised within 5 days of delivery if:

  • A product is defective
  • A product is damaged during transit
  • An item is missing from the order
  • The wrong product has been delivered

The request will be reviewed by our team before an exchange is approved.

For Damaged or Defective Products

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A clear unboxing video, where available
  • Description of the issue

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package, especially for high-value orders.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for general returns, change of mind, or personal preference.

A refund may be provided where a product is defective, damaged, missing, or incorrectly supplied by us and an appropriate replacement or exchange cannot reasonably be provided, subject to applicable law.

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval, subject to the processing time of the payment provider or bank.

Customized Products

Customized and personalized products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange due to change of mind or preference.

However, if a customized product is received defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the approved customization, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Important

Hand-painted products may contain minor variations in colour, brush strokes, texture, or design placement. Such variations are a natural part of handmade artistry and are not considered defects.
