Orders within India generally take 10–15 days to be delivered after the order is placed.

In certain circumstances, delivery may take up to 20 days, including during:

International Shipping

International orders generally take approximately 30–45 days to arrive, depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or other logistical issues.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address and contact details. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged Delivery

If your package appears damaged, please photograph the package before opening it and record an unboxing video. If the product is damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery so our team can review the issue and assist you.
